CEO of FAB Starpoint and Artisan House Steve Russo has a plan to resurrect a 90s retail icon that fell on hard times. Before Delia's closed its doors last month, it had 92 retail stores and a loyal following intact from its heyday. Mr. Russo, who purchased the company after its bankruptcy, believes the brand still has legs to run in the current e-commerce climate thanks to its loyal following and its clean, age appropriate fashion appeal to girls and moms alike. Not to mention, the shift from brick and mortar storefronts to the web has its perks. To promote the relaunch, Delia's has adopted the new slogan “Online only = ALWAYS OPEN!” along with hashtag #DeliasForever.
